Gaah, that is so sad.... I had a similar fate,except that when i left my previous company, they refused to let me encash the pending paid leaves ( which i really deserved after saving their runaway project and logging 20 hours every 6.5 days/week for 1 month on client side..that was bad..) ..I like the company but this policy is beyond belief for me. Of course I am still waiting for my final settlement amount ( it has been 40 days almost..sigh..)
