I would recommend HTML5 unless you suspect it's not up to providing
the features you need. Doesn't sound like that will be an issue for
you. It'll also give you iPad and Android tablet support with very
little work.

UI issues aside, this is very much a cloud vs "traditional" question.
The best answer to that probably depends on your customers. Is there
sensitive data that customers want to keep under their own control?
Are your customers happy to secure and backup their data, or would
they rather delegate that to you? Do they want access to the app
everywhere?
