I think the organisations who hate the way things are would still
rather spend their money in the development labs than in the courtroom
Of course, if nothing substantial can come out, it's a waste of money and it's better to focus on code. But I bet I'll soon get questions by customers about how much open source is a solid ecosystem in the current scenario. At the moment I'd have to answer: I can't tell you.
