Curiously, groklaw. I know that they're saying another thing, but I noted a conspicuous shift of tones since the beginning. At the beginning the idea was "Hah, those morons at Oracle have sued Google with ridiculous arguments", while further posts were different, until they started mentioning the idea of a "deal".

Probably I have to explain what I mean with "bad": I don't think Google will lose in any serious way, but they will be forced to go through a deal. Since I've always said that Oracle's original intentions were the deal, I infer that Oracle is going to get what they want, that is the thing is going good for them. If things are good for one opponent, you'd describe them as bad for the other.

Of course, it largely depends on the details of the deal and there are many variations of the theme: Oracle could get to a deal, but not what they exactly wanted, etc...
