That's effectively what they are trying to do no? Replacing Dalvik's
native ties (to Linux core libraries, glibc etc.) and delegating to
JDK API's instead. I can see how this can render the Java trademark
issue moot, but... does hosting Dalvik on OpenJDK provide enough
protection from patent litigation?
