The topic is debated, but as far as I understand there's no restriction of fields for what concerns OpenJDK. It doens't make any sense, since this would be incompatible with the GNU license. The restriction of fields are with the TCK, so you couldn't test the thing and say it's Java. But... they're not going to say it's Java: they're going to say it's Android. So they'll use instead the test suite from Android.
