It really is hard to tell, as most people who use it don't tell us. Could be little or a lot. Considering our strong support for NOSQL database usage I would guess that it will gain popularity as an easy way to build models on top of those, especially those that natively have no support for schemas or which are either good at querying or storing data but not both, as Qi4j allows you to mix and match these. We also have a nifty data migration API that solves that part regardless of what storage you use, which is kinda important.
