This is far more a shortage of quality developers in all camps. I'm sure
some geographic areas have more shortage of one tech vs another, but I
routinely get emails/calls for Java and PHP (the biggest things on my
resume) as well as occasionally some .Net and Perl gigs, with the random
Ruby contact now and then. My recruiter friends are telling me they're
just having hard times filling any tech position at all.

How long will this last? No idea, but it's nice while it's happening :)
