I have been looking for help with a couple projects and while I have found
lots for UI, Javascript, and jQuery; I haven't found much help for Java and
Web Services. Well, not help I could afford anyway. Most of the help I have
found want $100 / hr and so I have started looking to Europe. There seem to
be people there available and for much better rates.
