#1 - xerox case is copyright, Samsung case is patent #2 - you can't be serious to compare GUI with pinch and zoom. By the way, you should read an article on the verge about how apple's pinch and zoom patent is actually more specific than most people think and google already implement workaround for it. I post a link in the past, or you can just google for it
