This is not a screen reader issue.  If Outlook is configured to
automatically complete the address fields, your screen reader should be
reading them to you.

Not that I'm aware of.  I have not made any settings that would allow
this.
I am using mostly default settings with some exceptions but none of
which would effect this.

That is exactly what she is use to doing with outlook express but for
some reason it's not doing that for outlook, is there a setting
somewhere she needs to fix?
She uses jaws 8 and the job won't let her use OE due to networking and
security reasons..
