Patricia,

I think Outlook 2000 does not have this facility; a later version of Outlook, 
such as Outlook XP and Outlook 2003 is required to give the same facility as 
Outlook Express.

That is exactly what she is use to doing with outlook express but for some 
reason it's not doing that for outlook, is there a setting somewhere she 
needs to fix?
She uses jaws 8 and the job won't let her use OE due to networking and 
security reasons..
