Hey Patricia, There are probably several ways that you can do the address for an email in Outlook, but as they say, "There is more than one way to skin a cat!" Here's what works for me: 1. Type in the first name of the person you want to send the email too. 2. Press control + K (a prompt will appear giving you all the people with that name. If there are more than one, just arrow down to the right name and press enter) 3. Tab down and fill in the Subject line. 4. Tab down to the edit field and type the message. 5. When finished hit alt + s or control + enter, to send the message.
I hope this helps. If you have any questions or if I can help you any further, please feel free to call me at the number in the contact info at the bottom of this email.
