Your subject line requests one thing, your message itself another. I will assume you want to know how to find out your remaining disk space, as per your message body. There are several ways, so here's one. Open Windows Explorer with WindowsKey+e; DownArrow to your C or your main drive; then hit JAWSKIey+PageDown. You will hear information on your disk's capacity, and also the free space remaining.
