In every class I have taught about computers, the term "memory capacity" is often used to refer to the computer's ability to store data. Perhaps it is a turn of phrase with which you aren't familiar.
Unfortunately, I followed your directions using Jaws and did not get the result you indicated. The message referred to "MS DOS CAPACITY 0" and that's nonsense. According to my Disk Defragmenter, I have 63% remaining which is far from 0. I believe that there might be a step missing or that I am misunderstanding your directions. Finally, I would like to suggest that you avoid being quite so abrupt and rude in future. I have seen you in a lot of trouble here before and many people were happy and willing to assist you. Your lack of familiarity with the terms I used is no excuse for rudeness, especially given the fact that I made a reasonable request in a polite and non-confrontational manner.
