Hi John,

I think the reason Flor spoke of your subject line saying one thing and your
e-mail text saying another is because Windows uses disk space and memory in
two different contexts.

Memory is used to define your random access memory, or RAM for short.

This ram amount can be accessed by right clicking on your my computer icon
on your desktop, then arrow up to properties and you'll see what Flor meant
by memory capacity. At this point, the dialog box isn't accessible, so
you'll have to use your Jaws cursor to go through the information on that
dialog box. You can also virtualize the window by pressing insert+control+W
then arrow up and down to go through the information.

In terms of disk space, you'll get that by going into my computer, then
going to your main drive, or any drive you want to find out about, usually
that would be the C drive, then pressing the applications key, and going up
to properties.

In the resulting dialog box, press insert+control+W and virtualize the
window.

This will give you the total disk space used, total disk space left on the
drive and the total capacity of the drive.

So, in a sense, Flor was right when she said that your subject line said one
thing, but your e-mail text asked for something else.

Just trying to ease the tension.

Victor
