: Hi: Word was minimized earlier. I had to shut it down. When I tried to reply to an email, JAWS acted like I was trying to type on a web page without forms mode on. I knew that sometimes when a dialogue gbhox is up in the background, it will interfeer in this way, so I decided to try to shut Word down and see what happened. I don't know why it chose to do that on top of the edit issue today. We just got a TBird update right around the time the edit options problem started, come to think of it. like the JFW upgrade, I think it's buggy. My husband who is sighted is having some trouble with it too. I think it's time to contact Mozilla. I'm getting long winded, but I do appreciate all of your help.
