Hi: That's what I hate about computers that come with their own disks. I always remove all the extra programs they put on a commercial computer. Most if not all are programs that are only trial versions that time out and then ask you to purchase them, or only striped down versions of the program. In most cases other third party programs that do the same thing work better and are more usable with jaws. I would uninstall all of them except for anything like dell diagnostics programs or check for dell updates. Hello Larry and all, You brought up an interesting question for me. I have a Dell Desk top and it came with all the bells and whistle. I think that I still have those demo programs since day one (2004) and I am wondering what ones you got rid of? I keep coming across programs that I never use, but I am a little concern whether I should uninstall them or just leave them alone taking up valuable disk space. Please let me know which ones you got rid of.
