I apologize for this simple question, but I get confused all of the time. When down loading a program, I hear the option to either run or save. I usually hit "save" and after going through the options, I have it listed on my desk top. Sometimes, I'll hit "run" after all of this in hope the program will work.
An example is when I updated the "Spybot" from the JAWS list. Now I have an extra version on my desk top which has a few extra letters than the title "Spybot". My question is whether I should hit the save button or the run button?. Should I delete the extra versions that are on my desk top? Thank you for any help.
