ok, here's how its done, be sure to turn the 
numlock on so your numpad types numbers. while 
holding down the alt key, type on the numpad 0247 
then release the alt key, when you do this, you 
will have the devided by symbol displayed like 
this ÷, on a braille display it looks like a 
slash with a dots 7 and 8 under it. the slash can 
be entered by holding down the alt key and typing 
in 47 (/. now with jaws, you can enter some of 
these synbols by pressing insert+numrow5 then 
down arrow down through the symbols and pressing enter on the one you want.
