Victor, I am not a WINAMP user so I can't advise about converting with that program. However, if you go to www.dbpoweramp.com and follow the link to the CoDec center, you can download a OggVorbis CoDec for encoding. It will be an executable file that you download to your system for installing the CoDec. When the CoDec is installed there will be a "convert to" choice in Windows Explorer in the file menu. You can pick to convert from OggVorbis to different file types.
Audacity is another program you can use to open an OggVorbis file and export it as a wave or MP3. I know there are a lot of people using WINAMP who might have the answer for you if you want to use that program, but these are a couple other ways you can convert from OggVorbis if you want to.
