I have a question I'm hoping you might help me with. I'm still stuck with JAWS 4.51, IE 6 and windows 2000. Most of the time my start menu won't open using the windows key. It just says "start button; press enter to open" but will not open anything. I know that programs is the second P on this menu but pressing P twice and entering does nothing. Luckily, if I want to shut down the computer/or restart, if I arrow up once and enter, it does bring up that box. If you have any suggestions, I'd sure appreciate them. Thanks for your time.
