Hi Folks, Just my opinion, but providing another keystroke for opening the start menu only provides a bandaged approach to the problem, and doesn't really address the underlying problem of why the start menu won't open in the first place.
Have you checked your settings for Jaws and windows? Have you ensured that your display settings are set accordingly? I think you have to check your settings first, then tackle other possible solutions if those don't fix it.
