Have you cleaned out your deleted items folder lately? If not, do so. Do you keep a lot of old messages in your Inbox? If so, set up folders and move messages you want to keep into the folders. Have you cleaned out your Sent items box recently? If not, move what ever you want to keep into folders and delete the rest.
