usually outlook folders are sore in folder
path is given below
all you have to change  name of person after documents and settings
write your name or name in computer

copy all folders and store it in external device
now in new computer go to same path  open folder mention in path
and paste all folders there
path is
C:\Documents and Settings\Firoz\Local Settings\Application 
Data\Identities\{D74E398C-067E-447C-8BD9-D0A23462655B}\Microsoft\Outlook 
Express
for this you have keep hidden file and folders open
other wise local setting folder will not be shown
