I suggest not to copy the structure from the old computer, but instead, copy 
the folder with the *.dbx files somewhere on you new PC and use the import 
feature in OE. It can be found in file menu/import/messages. Just copying 
files and folders is risky. Also using backup programs to restore OE 
information and data to your new PC is dangerous. I once had to reinstall my 
xp because I used this kind of programs. They are good for restoring 
settings, rules  and messages to the same computer, but are very dengerous 
to transfer them to a new clean Windows instalation.
