Hi Flor, No Flor, I didn't install Word Web but, I did have it installed on my old computer and uninstalled it. I don't have it installed on this new computer although I did reinstall the same Operating System and Office software. It does seem like this shortcut problem started after the original installation of Word Web the first time . I thought by uninstalling Word Web that would take care of the problem but apparently not and if that is the problem, how could I correct it. Thanks much.
