Wayne,

The search term for the paragraph mark is ^p
That is, shift-6 on the number row followed immediately by the letter p.

You could put six of those two-character symbols in the "search" field and 
either one or two in the "replace field.

Hello-

 

I think this may have been answered before but I can't find it.  I am copying 
and pasting lists from a website into a MS Word 2007 or 2010 doc and I am left 
with about 6 blank lines before and after each line of text.  How can I get rid 
of the extra blank lines?
