My process is thus: Note: space is replaced with the space character. The word is used for clarity.
1. Search for space ^p and replace all with ^p 2. Search for ^space and replace all with ^p 3. Search for ^p^p^p and replace all with ^p^p Repeat step 3 until no more are found. I put in the ^p multiple times (4) and once in the replace field. It told me that it made over 200 replacements but I still have the 4 blank lines between each entry in the list. You could put six of those two-character symbols in the "search" field and either one or two in the "replace field.
