I believe all defragmenters are just as good as the other.
Fact is, all you're doing is moving information around, and, if anything,
Windows will have a jump on other applications because of the index it uses
for the Start menu function and the file search.
Either way, I believe the Windows 7 defrag utility is enough for your drive.

Hi Kevin,
You don't need one as Windows 10 automatically defragments your drive as you
go along, in other words, it's a running process now, as opposed to you
doing it manually, hence why people tell you that a defragmenter isn't worth
it.
