Hi, Not sure, but try pressing tab and shift tab. When you hit tab it should say the address it selected, and shifttab goes back to the to: field. Also alt 1 may work. Have you tried restarting jaws and your laptop? Another client I've heard of is Thunderbird, but never used it. Someone else will have the url for it.
