Hi Derek: I have tried to shut down Jaws. I have tried everything. there is no pattern as to why and when jaws chooses to not read the email address. the tab option i don't think would help me if I need to send to multiple people. It is so strange. It's a 50/50 thing; sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
