Hi Joanne, I experienced this failure as well and notified Freedom
Scientific of the installation failure and the related error number.
An additional attempt tried just now failed in the exact same fashion.
I persist with Windows 7 and I E 11 and the current JAWS 18 product. Mitch

Subject: [JAWS-Users] error everytime I try installing beta
Has anyone been able to fix error messages that come up in Jaws
instillation. Mine says it can't install and to restart and run the install
again. I know it suggests calling tech support, but just wondered if I
could try something else before really needing to call.
