Hi,

My problem was that for some reason, avasrt was blocking the installer from 
working for some reason.  After removing it, the installer worked without a 
problem.  I agree that with a new installer, there bound to be bugs and I am 
sure that they will get them fixed in time.

That would be affirmative.  I tried several additional downloads of the proper 
version without success but I trust they will find and eliminate the bug in my

Are you guys sure you downloaded the correct version for your system -- 64=-bit 
version for a 64-bit version of Windows?

Just curious, because my Windows 7 machine installed version 2018 just fine.
