Only an internal spell checker could accomplish this automatically
and consistently. If you're working in an application with a spell
checker, you could add the accented words to its dictionary.

This definitely makes sense. Insert+4 will open a dialogue of symbols
you can insert; these include grave and acute accents, the Spanish N
with tilde and other assorted symbols. However, the symbol must be
selected either using the arrow keys or by typing the first letter.
By contrast, Window-eyes had a Word Accent app where a hotkey could
be assigned to each accent type, followed by the letter to be
accented. This is much more efficient than navigating a list for
every accented letter.
