Hi Kevin, I do it this way running MS2010 1, ctrl A 2, press alt, ctrl, shift, S 3, then f6, and that will put you on clear all, press enter 4, f6 again 5, press ctrl space bar 6, up arrow to close the dialog box, and that will put you back on your document. Patti
