Here's how I handle this problem with Outlook 2010. I put the message in Internet Explorer by pressing alt-h, wait a moment, then a, then v. JAWS tends to read such messages fine in this window.

I'm using the latest JAWS and Outlook-2010. Very frequently, for no apparent reason, JAWS messages in Outlook become very difficult to read. Instead of a nice and readable message, JAWS will say stuff like: nesting level x; table; nesting level 3, etc etc; the actual text is very difficult to read. Exiting JAWS and restarting the program fixes the problem for a while. What's going on and how can I fix it? Thanks.
