It tends to happen with lengthy messages that contain tables. It also happens more often with JAWS 2018 than JAWS 18. I just now had to switch from 2018 to 18 to read such a message. That said, the IE method takes little time and sometimes has the advantage of putting me on the Web, where I'm likely to link from anyway.

I'm using the latest JAWS and Outlook-2010. Very frequently, for no apparent reason, JAWS messages in Outlook become very difficult to read. Instead of a nice and readable message, JAWS will say stuff like: nesting level x; table; nesting level 3, etc etc; the actual text is very difficult to read. Exiting JAWS and restarting the program fixes the problem for a while. What's going on and how can I fix it? Thanks.
