Hi Victor, You put it well. In my case, I have Kurzweil 1000 already, so I guess my needs for scanning print documents are taken care of there. (there's a nice new add-in to the latest version of K1000 that lets you scan from Microsoft word itself, with which feature I'm not too familiar. (I must soon go read the K1k Manual on it, or experiment.)

I remember making that mistake the first time and never making it again. Once you make sure the entire suite of programs is set to run from the computer, then you're pretty much set, however, if you find you didn't install it, you can just pop in the CD and re-install it, as it is a free add-on to the suite.
