Otherwise, there is nothing but silence. The solution is to find the link to the PDF document, press the third key on the row above the numpad, and then scroll down to "save target as." Save the PDF somewhere on the computer where you can find it; then locate the saved file and then open the PDF with whatever conversion software you are using.
