Don't knoiw what version of word your are using but right after you hit control o press the tab key. this gives you a combo box which you can use to determine what files are displayed. I am using jaws 10 and word 2000

JAWS seems to read every third file. I will hit the "say line" and JAWS reads the name of the file and says 11 of 83. I down arrow once and it says the name of the file 14 of 83. I can't find 12 and 13. It's like this down the entire list, reading third file. Thanks for any help.
