Hi, If you reread her original email you will see that you missed part of her description of the problem. Jaws is announcing file position as she downarrows through the list and is skipping in increments of three. If she was only showing one file type, Jfw would still number them correctly i.e. "1 of 2", "2 of 2" and so on. One of the first responses explained that this is either a grid or icon view being displayed and that right arrowing would show the rest of the files. In other words,3 files per line are displaying with 1 through 3 on the top line, 4 through 6 on the next line and so on. So naturally, downarrowing on file one will bring you to file 4, and then seven with the view set up this way.
