Just re enter the shortcut and hit ok. If that doesn't work, hit apply and
OK. Your friend can also use the window + m to go to the desktop and hit the
letter j and enter. It will open JFW without having to reboot the computer.
If they have more than one version of JFW, make sure the letter J isn't
being use for another version

Hi All,
We created a hot key for Jaws 10.x through the properties shortcut page on
a
friends computer. When she unloads Jaws with the Insert + F4 key stroke,
then tries to restart with control, alt, + J keystroke nothing happens.
She
then has to reboot the computer to get Jaws running again. What are we
doing wrong. She is running XP Pro & Jaws 10.x. All advice will be
greatly
