Did you remember to first click on "apply" then go back and hit on "OK" ?

I have found that the hot key won't stick if I create it with JAWS
frunning. It will stick if I use another screen reader or Narrator.

Hi All,
We created a hot key for Jaws 10.x through the properties shortcut page
on a friends computer. When she unloads Jaws with the Insert + F4 key
stroke, then tries to restart with control, alt, + J keystroke nothing
happens. She then has to reboot the computer to get Jaws running again.
What are we doing wrong. She is running XP Pro & Jaws 10.x. All advice
will be greatly appreciated. Thanks much. Take care.
