Hi Kathy, Andrew, & Dale, Thank you all for your responses. She did tab to apply first & pressed space baar, then tabbed to okay & pressed enter without any shift tab at all. Her hot key, keystroke does appear in the hot key box in properties on the shortcut page but, just doesn't work. Thanks again, take care.
