hei to all and thanks in regarding to ann byrne reply, setting of my laptop is desktop(do nothing, when idol), it gets shut down not on sleep mode. secondly i'll try scanning by putting cool pad under it and want to know is it write to put laptop in freeze? thirdly no previously installed anti-virus program service is running, only currently installed is running. with regards shikher
