Hi Glenn,
I think what Mike was asking, was not to repeat your previous message,
but a brief explanation of what the keystroke does.
Such as changing the state of the message etc.
Thanks,

Hello Mike , when in OE and you bring your new email in you simply can do
a
control A to select all and then do a control Q and you then will not hear
the little un read message before your emails.

Hi Glenn,
Control + Q is not a keystroke that I am familiar with. Would you please
tell me what task this keystroke performs? Thanks much. Take care.
Mike

Here's what I do using OE. Once my messages have come in I simply do a
control A to select all and then a Control Q and I then don't hear any of
that.
