Hi Flor, I wrote you about Jaws 10 freezing when I tried to update it. You suggested that I try to install the latest version of Jaws directly from the web site. Once again, my laptop froze after it was restarted. All Jaws would say when i used a say line was, cancel. Before I turned off the computer, I had my son read what was on the screen. He read a message, "Windows cannot reccognize/varify some drivers. Do you want to install anyway?"
