A tip for those annoying times when you can only hear Jaws saying the
highlighted button of a dialogue box, in this case cancel, use the insert
plus B command to force the reading of the entire dialogue box in which case
this message would have been read out to you.

Subject: [JAWS-Users] Attention Flor, Thank you, Jaws problem 2010

Hi Flor,

I wrote you about Jaws 10 freezing when I tried to update it. You suggested
that I try to install the latest version of Jaws directly from the web site.
Once again, my laptop froze after it was restarted. All Jaws would say when
i used a say line was, cancel. Before I turned off the computer, I had my
son read what was on the screen. He read a message, "Windows cannot
reccognize/varify some drivers. Do you want to install anyway?"

I had him click and the install went perfectly. I don't know if Vista had
anything to do with it, but Jaws is now working perfectly.

Thanks again!
Russ
