Hi everyone,
When trying to install the JAWS 11 public beta, I get the following error: "There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." What does this mean? I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling JAWS 10 and it installs normally. I am having some other system problems, however; I cannot check for updates, and IE 8 has problems installing. This after installing Vista SP 2.
